Sooo...I have been a slacker it looks like. I think I have missed the last 2 weeks sharing a thought with you. So when I found something that captured me last night I figured I'd better share before I forgot.
I have been reading "Hearing the Voice of the Lord" by Gerald N. Lund for about 2 weeks now, but finally got to do some serious - like more than 2 minutes straight - of reading last night. I am really enjoying the book & I highly recommend it. However, what caught my attention last night was the scripture on the back of the book.
D&C 42:61
"If thous shalt ask,thou shalt receive revelation upon revelation, knowledge upon knowledge, that thou mayest know the mysteries and peaceable thing - that which bringeth joy, that which bringeth life eternal."
Isn't that just the coolest? Hope this gives you something to ponder on today !
